Interview Preparedness as part of your Company’s Separation Benefits Package
Apart from a recruiting firm or placement service, Interview Preparedness offers a unique approach to serving employees that are accepting a separation package. One that is more aligned to support your staff with their employment transition in today’s economy. We work with your employees to ensure they are prepared for today’s highly competitive job search market by developing an up-to-date resume, cover-letter, elevator speech and expert interview skills. We also assist in uncovering their true passion for a trade – what gives them energy and what burns them out. Then, we frame their career aspiration in an up-to-date resume’, craft an elevator speech that will allow them to articulate their ideal job with confidence and charisma, and then teach the interview process and polished delivery for answering and asking tough, relevant questions. We can work with your employees either individually or present to a group.
