Perfect for a graduation gift! Whether the student has worked before or not, we can prepare a resume that would appropriately frame their qualifications, interest and work habits, into one that would stand out as a top priority for call-back. Pre-information would be submitted to Interview Preparedness in order to gain insight to what career or position interests are desired. From the information provided, a preliminary resume and cover letter is drafted and an appointment is made for the student. The consultation is recommended to be conducted in-person; however a conference bridge is available for remote clients. Meetings run 45 minutes to 1 hour and cover the following:

  2. Opening Introduction / Your Unique Elevator Speech
  3. Interview Preparation / Check list for pre/during/ post interview
  4. Questions you may be asked and sample questions to ask
  5. Most powerful and effective follow-up techniques

  7. How to negotiate for better pay

 

Classroom Presentation:

Interview Preparedness curriculum is ideal for presenting to Vocational Education Students or Youth-lead organizations. We review vital skills from the interviewer, company and interviewee's perspective covering important subjects such as business etiquette, background checks that uncover student's MySpace, Facebook, YouTube and other public information that may be published about the student. How to prepare for the most optimal interview by how to uncover and understand clearly what the job expectations are and what the best candidate would be. Develop dynamic and effective follow-up techniques any student can implement. Interview Preparedness can customize the presentation to uniquely reflect specific interview subject matter. For example, some organizations utilize our experts to conduct mock interviews at the conclusion of a semester to ensure students master their skills and portray confidence. We provide candidate feedback and a structured environment that reflects a real-life experience in interviewing.

 

Auditorium / Lecture Presentation:

A motivational format that is entertaining while delivering Interview Preparedness curriculum. This is an interactive presentation that involves audience participation. Sessions can be customized for content. Presentations are arranged for audiences up to 2000 and as small as 50.
